The staff helped me find great dining places. The place suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour room service, fitness center. I'll be back for Easter!

I chose this hotel for a town hall meeting because it provides a range of services in the high-tech business center, fully equipped with high-speed internet and secretarial assistance. I was able to efficiently prepare for my meeting and make use of the business center's facilities, which enhanced my productivity during my stay.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated meeting room for private discussions or video conferences with clients.

The suite at Pearl City Suite By Gemstones Hotel is absolutely fantastic! The spacious seating area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Dubai, and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to feel at home. The luxurious bathroom with deep soaking bathtub is just what I needed after a day of adventure.

I personally found the bidet in the bathroom to be unnecessary, but I can see how others might appreciate it.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was conveniently close to shopping centers and the transportation hub. the hotel facilities were really good and everything was well-maintained and kept clean.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel's location was perfect, right near a shopping center and a beautiful garden. Being able to hire a cab right in front of the hotel was really convenient for getting around the city. The WiFi was also excellent, great for staying connected during my business trip.

The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The bathroom floor was dirty and slippery, and there were duets and hair in the corners of the walls.

The staff provided exceptional service, from helping with getting a taxi to resolving any issues that arose during my stay. Housekeeping and room service were available around the clock, which made my stay here even more comfortable.

Staff could have been more friendly in their greeting, from the housekeepers to the reception team, but I still recommend this place to everyone.

Conveniently located near shopping and transit, our suite was well-equipped with quality furnishings and thoughtful housekeeping. The breakfast provided was above average. We were impressed by the friendly and professional staff, especially the helpful bell captain.

The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people, with wide hallways and comfortable seating throughout. The hotel's location near the metro and mall made it convenient to explore the city without having to walk long distances, which was perfect for senior guests like myself.

I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if there were more handrails and assistance for the children working there to help senior guests navigate around the hotel easily.

Convenient location, close to a shopping mall, restaurants, and a grocery store. Accessible to the metro. Room had cooking and laundry facilities. Friendly and courteous staff. Good breakfast.

I recently stayed at City Seasons Suites for a few days and had a great experience. The staff, especially Jonathan, Jeremaia, and Nohman, were incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel's location near the airport, mall, bus stop, and metro station was extremely convenient. The pool was a nice addition to my stay. The room initially lacked some essential items, but the staff quickly provided them upon request. despite some wear and tear, the hotel was comfortable and definitely worth staying at.

I do recommend this hotel.

Located in a convenient area, it's easy to catch a taxi and close to shopping areas, with a metro station also nearby. The suites are quite spacious with two bathrooms and some staff members like the breakfast team and the travel desk representatives are helpful.

The hotel needs maintenance and serious investment as some appliances like the fridge and the electrical sockets need attention.

We had a wonderful time visiting the Underwater Zoo which was just a short drive from the hotel. The kids were thrilled to see the diverse marine life and we made unforgettable memories exploring the interactive exhibits.

My wife says that the breakfast options for kids could be more diverse.

The hotel had it all - a restaurant, pool, fitness area, and sauna. So many amenities to keep me busy, just what I needed for a relaxing stay.

Oh, the joy of navigating through crowded areas with sharp corners and having repairs going on right outside my door. So much fun!
